We woke up this morning to a yard blanketed in snow! It kept coming down until after noon and when it was all over we had a thick layer of white covering everything. Savi was fascinated by the bright white snow out the window. She was too cute with her bed-head and her hands pressed up against the glass. She stared and stared and even waved to the snow for a while. More waving...It's been years since I've seen a snow like this and Savannah never has, so we bundled up and headed out in it. Savannah was not thrilled with her snowsuit that was 2 sizes to big. The poor girl could hardly sit up and got really tired of tipping over before we even opened the door to head outside. She was very interested in the snow when she was in her daddy's arms... ...but when we put her down to experience it up close, it was a different story. She was pretty much miserable from this moment on, can you tell? This was the best picture we could get of her. She tried her best, but sitting in the snow in a huge puffy outfit just didn't make the list of Savi's favorite things this year.So we headed back inside, and after warming up, putting on her bunny slippers, and taking a nap, I brought the snow inside for her and the two of us sat on the kitchen floor where it was nice and toasty and made her first snowman. This was much more her style.

Wow look at her building that snowman all by herself! ;) I love the picture of her from behind looking out the window!! She looks so much like Pressley to me when she's crying.
this is so great! i can't believe all the snow you got...way more than we've seen in ohio! i love the pictures of Savi watching the snow and in her snow suit, but my favorites are with the snowman! you are such a cute mom to do all this with her!
