Our next door neighbor's dog had puppies the day before Christmas Eve and she was so sweet to let us come and see them. She even brought them back to our house so we could play with them without their protective mommy. They were only 4 days old and still had their eyes closed!
Savannah was very gentle with them, but I did get nervous that she was going to crawl right ontop of them! We managed to get lots of pictures without injuring any puppies!
Maybe some day Savannah will have her own little puppy... but I have a feeling it won't be anytime soon. I'm busy enough taking care of my own baby!
